Electric Yoga - April 21st

Electric Yoga is a practice for radical spirits who love to dance.

Meditation was invented thousands of years ago, before music festivals and instagram and video games. In our current age, it's vital that we find centering and healing modalities that speak to the current paradigm. Borrowing from elements of Ecstatic Dance and Vinyasa yoga, Electric Yoga teaches you to anchor your awareness to the beat of the music allowing it to become your meditative focal point instead of the breath or a mantra. Using this modality we can create space to meditate in any party environment, whether it's a club, a music festival or a rave.
