Effective Living / Level 1

This 3-day workshop is the first step in our Effective Living series which consists of three parts: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.

Level 1 focuses on the primary distinctions of Ontological Awareness including language, communication and moods/emotions. It provides the setting where participants learn which of their attitudes, opinions and stories support or hinder them and how to design their lives toward satisfaction, effectiveness and peace of mind.

Note this course is available to all participants beginning at age 18. No previous course work is required.

Event Schedule:

Day 1: Registration begins at 9:00am

           Doors open: 9:30am - 6:00pm

Day 2: 9:00am - 8:00pm

Day 3: 9:00am - 6:00pm
