Free-form, mindful movement creates stillness of the mind through movement of the body and enhances your body-mind-soul integration. The Result: you feeling amazing, and grounded, with a sense of community and an ability to let go of self-judgement, while merging with a higher, deeper part of yourself.

Dance is one of the oldest ways to release, heal, and sweat. Lauren's themed dances prepare our minds to let go, allow, and release, for a deeper more healing dance experience. This 80 min. class will begin with a warm-up, and end with community circle. Trained ecstatic dance DJ’s create a new playlist each dance which incorporates the 5 Rhythms, as well as the 9 Chakra System. The music is specially arranged to begin slowly, then pick up speed, allowing us to get out of our heads and grounded into our bodies. The music then softens and slows, anchoring the experience into our physical experience. We move however we feel called to move in the moment, and we are taken through a journey of self-discovery. Join us to sweat, build community, and let go of fear and judgment, taking us to a more loving, powerful state of being. No dance experience is required!
