Eat your fruits and vegetables, they are good for you. BUT WHY?? Current nutrition advice recommends a plant, rich diet in a variety of colors. Come to Long Acre Farms this summer to discover how the colors correlate to the body to promote a healthy lifestyle. Through a story, interactive fun activities, a visit into the market and to the farm garden, and delicious tastings we will learn why nature packages all that goodness in a rainbow of colors. Ages 4-6years
