Easter Sunday Celebration

Celebrate Easter with us at Christ Lutheran Church, Chicago.

Our Easter Festival begins with a free, community breakfast at 9:30am, followed by our worship service at 10:30am where we celebrate Jesus' glorious victory over sin and death.

Easter celebrates the event in which God tore down every barrier that separates us, and has reconciled us to God and to one another. Here we live out God's radical welcome to all people. Join us at this diverse church, where we gather for 40 days in the season of Lent, for a time of focus and simplicity, leading up to Easter when we celebrate God's life-changing love.

We are a multicultural, intergenerational church that welcomes all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. As a church comprised of people from diverse backgrounds, we celebrate diversity as a beautiful gift from God.
