Join us outside on Mission Bay where we enjoy beautiful views and sunshine while experiencing a unique all-levels friendly yoga and meditation class led by Nicholas, Eva and Bri.
We have come to understand that this is the key to thriving as a spiritual being. We work to ground ancient mystic wisdom and reapply it into every aspect of our daily lives.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No

Do I have to bring a yoga mat?

If you don't have a mat, no worries! We have a limited amount of cork yoga mats for use (about 12 available). Alternatively, you can practice on a towel right on the grass! #earth

I've never done yoga before, can I still join you?

100% yes! No experience required, no flexibility necessary, just bring your lovely self and get ready for an awesome experience! 

Do you offer any other times/locations?

Currently, we are only offering our 10am Saturday Mission Bay class. In the Spring/Summer we will be offering other locations and times, including special full moon classes! You can follow us on FB or IG for updates (=
