Plant Trees in Washington, D.C!

The Congressional Cemetery is a 35 acre historic yet active burial ground located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC that is in need of urban canopy. Give back to the Earth for Earth day by planting a grove of pecan trees that will cross-pollinate and provide food for wildlife and humans both!

What to bring

  • Long Pants
  • Closed toe shoes
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Sun protection
  • Light snacks

Note: Children under 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. The guardian will need to sign a waiver.
