"There is an energy waiting to express itself. Whilst it is unseen, it is tellingly impactful and so alive in each of us! Our relationship to this energy influences what we are experiencing, who we are becoming and what we are creating. Forming a conscious relationship with this energy gives us access to our inspiration, our creativity, our vitality and our deepest joy."

There are many energetic influences that inform who we are becoming. We can either be at the mercy of it all, or we can learn how to dance with the sense of 'I' that each of us is here to know, and be. You are unique and you are needed. At a time when our planet is calling forward souls who can contribute to our greater growth and our greater sense of pleasure in communion with the beauty of this earth, this life, let's come together and talk about how this shows up for us, uniquely, in each of our lives.

This 2hr gathering is a deep dive overview session, before heading into an opportunity to explore more in an optional follow up - 4 session - detailed exploration of the content, of the concepts... and of yourself! Think about this... you are already influencing our collective future, just by being alive!

• Imagination (what is it, where does it come from, how do we use it, why do we have it??).
• Curiosity, creativity, and courage - the ticket to becoming uniquely you (and why it matters).

• The three ways of knowing - (what are they, and how do we use them?)

• Being an artist as a metaphysical contribution to society's potential! (yes, it's related!)

• Powerpoint (a fun, inspiring and engaging overview to prompt discussion and exploration).
• Reviewing on-screen diagrams of this new model of Consciousness.
• Didactic & Dialogic. 
• Exercises (in pairs, individually and in small groups).
• Sound creation, sound healing.
• Experimenting shifting energetic modalities and states of being.
• Introspective writing, sharing, considering.
• Meditating.
• Voluntary follow-up reading exercises.
