Texas Driving While Intoxicated Intervention Program/Houston DWI Repeat Offender (ROP) is a program specifically geared to deal with the repeat DWI offender both as a law offender and as a problem drinker.

As problem drinking and use of other drugs are resulting in high fatalities, Solutions Plus is committed to the education, prevention, and intervention of future acts of negligence.

Even those who have not been directly touched help pay the $132 billion yearly price tag of drunk driving. But together we can eliminate drunk driving.”

DWI-ROP also addresses the needs of probationers who have alcohol and other drug-related offenses of any type as we work simultaneously with the offender, courts, and probation officer where needs of the offender and society are met.
