Learn the art of handmade dumplings at Mei Mei, two-time winner of Boston Magazine’s “ Best Dumplings.”  In this 2-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn everything you need to make delicious dumplings from scratch. Dumpling fillings include our traditional Chinese pork and cabbage, and our signature vegetarian Pierogi dumplings.

The class covers everything from hand-folding techniques to how to achieve a perfect pan-sear at home. After you learn how to fold some of our favorite shapes you’ll eat your creations while you sip on house-made beverages,  wine, or craft beer at the cash bar. We’ll send you home with some of the dumplings you made, along with a recipe card and all the tips and tricks you need to host your very own dumpling party!
