On our DTLA Murder Mystery Ghost tour we go on an investigation of the noir underbelly of Los Angeles – and enjoy cocktails in a couple of haunted hotels. First we visit the Biltmore Hotel, the last place the famous Black Dahlia, Elizabeth Short, was seen alive. Next we stop by the notorious Cecil Hotel – nicknamed the suicide hotel for reasons you’ll learn about on this tour. From there our DTLA Murder Mystery Ghost tour goes to the once grand Alexandria Hotel, where Rudolph Valentino’s ghost still haunts the old penthouse, then the Barclay Hotel, temporary home to not one, but two, serial killers – and whose elevator is haunted by a headless apparition. After that we head to the Halls of Justice, the site of several dramatic trials, including the infamous Charles Manson’s, before finishing at the Los Angeles Pueblo, scene of the 1871 Chinatown Massacre, still the largest recorded mass lynching in American history. We’ll give you info on the meeting point when we confirm your booking. *Tour finishes 8.30 pm, Los Angeles Pueblo (map). *Children under 12 years old are not recommended for this tour (due to the nature of its content). *5% of the ticket price goes to Climate Cents, a local climate change organization. *There are 2 stops to get cocktails on this tour, each for about 15 minutes. It’s up to you whether you have a drink and what you drink (we have no financial interest). You do have to be over 21 y.o. to order an alcoholic drink – but you don’t have to be over 21 y.o. to do this tour. DISCLAIMERS This tour is in English.
