DSNY Business Recycling Training - Thursday, July 25

As of January 2016, the Commercial Recycling Rules for NYC have changed.

"Commercial" refers to any entity that recieves garbage or recycling collection from a private carter, businesses in most cases. 

To help businesses comply, DSNY offers a free training to familiarize all business types with the new rules and make suggestions on how to avoid violations.

The training will cover:

• The new rules
• How to avoid violations
• Best practices 

Our offices are located at 44 Beaver Street, which is easily accessible from the 2/3 Wall Street stop, the 4/5 stop at Bowling Green, or the R stop at Whitehall Street. Please come a few minutes early to get through Security. The training will be held in the 6th floor conference room, immediately to your right of the elevators. Doors close 15 minutes after start of the presentation.
