DSIL Collaboration Labs connect diverse humans to solve tough challenges in under 2.5 hours. Bring your toughest challenges to the session and learn cutting edge and practical techniques to change the way you and the people around you work to find solutions or build innovation for either the non-profit, private sector, or cross-sector collaborations. Collab labs are run by DSIL Global- an innovation company that works alongside the world's best creative minds from IDEO, to the Gates Foundation. Read more about DSIL Global here!

Leave with collaboration and leadership tools you can use tomorrow to transform the culture and habits at your organization and have some fun along the way. Maybe most importantly, you will learn about the habits in yourself that stop your company or systems you work or live in from changing!

The two senior facilitators will ensure that this Collab Lab is 100% experiential and will be built on the challenges you bring. Join us on either (or both!) of the following dates:

Saturday, January 25, 2:00-4:30 PM
Saturday, February 1, 2:00-4:30 PM

Early bird special! $15 tickets if you sign up before January 10.
Signups after the 10th are $20 per ticket.

Facilitators for this Collab Lab:

Frieda Hoffman is an executive coach, consultant, and entrepreneur with over 13 years project management, business-planning and leadership experience in retail, restaurants, and real estate. With her unique background in social work, conflict management and psychology, Frieda brings an intuitive sense of people and relationships to her coaching and facilitation practice. Frieda helps people find clarity and fulfillment, while holding them accountable to their goals, no matter how big or small. She is also writing a collection of stories on pregnancy loss to help heal, inform, and break the silence around this important issue.

Katie Zaun is interested in the nature of community, and in how we might question outdated narratives and invite in new perspectives. As an educator, she facilitates learning with adults of different backgrounds to build skills and promote social-emotional growth. Katie has worked with education non-profits to revise curricula and train facilitators, including as a Curriculum Consultant with Global G.L.O.W. She is currently at work on a collection of poems. This artist side of her is infused into all of her collaborations. She is also the creator and curator of the Global Poetry Project, a moving multicultural initiative that uses poetry to inspire change and build community.
