However, as Basel expands each year and Wynwood attempts to adjust, it seems as if there is nothing but bumper-to-bumper traffic and over-priced affairs going on that weekend; more drawbacks for those who simply loved to attend Art Basel for the fun festivities. Back in the 1950’s, outdoor movie venues were the “hang-out spots” to be. Not only were they great for people to meet up and socialize, like Art Basel, but they also made it convenient to enjoy entertainment right from the comfort of the car.
