Learning to listen to your desire to draw is more important than learning formal technique, but technique is great to learn, too! Be yourself and acquire artistic knowledge all at once. Drawing is communication, and to be effective there are a trillion bazillion ways to do that, so be yourself! Continue your journey and communicate your way of seeing the world through lines, shapes, tones, values, and more. All supplies included.

ABOUT THE ARTIST INSTRUCTOR
Leif Larson was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1981. He spent his childhood growing up in Appleton, WI. Briefly, He studied at Indiana State University, and then went on to receive a B.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2005. His work has been shown throughout the U.S. in galleries, museums, universities, public buildings and exhibitions in locations that include Napa Valley California, New York City, and many Midwestern cities in Wisconsin and Illinois. His paintings, drawings, watercolors, and intaglio prints can be found in both private and public collections across the United States. Leif loves to travel and meet new people, and enjoys sharing his love of art with others. He has a studio in Oshkosh, WI.
