This class is one of MTY's more intense/challenging yoga classes. It uses a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Class begins with stretching, and then picks up the pace as the body warms up. You will go through a Vinyasa flow sequence that will get the heart rate up. This class is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking a greater understanding of yoga postures. Perfect for those that are just beginning, returning to yoga after a long break, as well as seasoned yogis. Explanations of yoga postures, alignment, and breath will be discussed throughout class. This class is heated around 95 degrees.

We have FREE parking in front of the studio. The parking lot is the same for the Yellow Barn, and from the lot you can see the YMCA building across the street. Look for the blue door with a #22 and a red buddha on the door.
