This 24-hour training is designed for mediators, arbitrators and other dispute resolution professionals who handle cases involving a history of domestic violence. We will be covering topics that relate to preparation & intake, caucus (private meetings with parties), what to watch out for during negotiations, and terminating safely, along with invaluable information on the particular challenges and characteristics of relationships involving abuse. Training will include mock mediations.
