As always, DJ Expo – an annual exhibition/conference produced by DJ Times magazine – will present DJ-related exhibits, DJ-specific educational seminars/keynotes, & sponsored evening events featuring top DJs. Now in its 30th year, DJ Expo remains America’s largest gathering of professional DJs.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No one under the age of 10 will be permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
A person must be 21 years of age or older to legally purchase or consume any alcoholic beverage on a licensed premises. For entrance, certain venues will require picture ID to verify 21+ age.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds are available up until 7 days prior to August 12th. The last day for refunds is August 5th. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It would expedite your registration if you brought your printed ticket to DJ Expo, but it is not absolutely necessary.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes. Login to your Eventbrite account to access your order and update.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, but must be completed prior to August 8th at 12:00 PM.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The name on the ticket or registration must match the person who attends.
