Divorce 101 - Information, Strategies & Tips - Part A

To ensure the health and safety of everyone involved with the workshop, this class will be set up via a conference call.

Registered attendees will receive a number and access code to join the class.

 For over 25 years, Attorney Patti Philipse has focused exclusively on out-of-court divorce settlements. She negotiates, mediates and prepares Separation and Property Settlement Agreements.

In this program Patti:

• Provides practical information on how to establish a separation and process a divorce.
• Describes and compares different methods of reaching an out-of-court divorce settlement using mediation, negotiation and/or collaboration techniques.
• Offers strategies that will allow you to effectively prepare for your settlement discussions.
• Provides tips and recommendations to keep your settlement discussions productive and efficient.

Note: While it is recommended that you take Part A first, but Part B may be taken first or independently.

Online Individual/Couple Registration Fee   $40/$70

Refund, Cancellation, No Show & Re-Scheduling Policy:

Refunds (not including the processing fee) will be issued with written cancellation notice 72 hours in advance of your program.

No Show Participants who register for the workshop but do not attend or cancel their registration less than 72 hours prior to the start of the program, will not receive a refund.

Re-Scheduling - If you are unable to attend, you may re-schedule for the same workshop on another day, (a re-scheduling fee may apply).

Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by The Women’s Center.
