Diversity Fashion Week 2019'

The Diversity Fashion Week (DFW) foundation is preparing to give an epic show. The DFW takes pride in infusing diversity in the fashion industry and our aim is to become the iconic show for diversity on the runway and in the fashion industry. Our mission is to show the world that beauty is not set in one standard but radiates through embracing our different features.
We are honored to have already diverse models who are willing to train and do what they love the most. Some of the models have a disability but that does not stop them to show off their talents! Everybody deserves to show what they got and we are happy that we can give them a platform and assist them in pursuing a career in modelling and support them in doing what they love.
Our first edition of DFW will be one of a kind as the runway will showcase international and national avant-garde and haute couture designers for children, menswear, kidswear and womenswear. The designs will be showcased by carefully selected models of all types of beauty. Through the DFW show we aspire to show our audience a message of beauty, diversity and unity.
What can you expect at DFW?
Diversity Fashion Week is going to be held 24/25/26 May 2019!
Day 1 : Exhibition
We want to give our (upcoming) designers the chance to tell about their collection and where the inspiration is coming from. This also is a great opportunity to network and come together.
Day 2 : Mini Fashion Show ( Garden Style )
Flowers, art , music and lots of talents. On this day we will keep you entertained with beautiful designers from all over the world! Astrid Aliredjo a famous florist will let Spring come alive in the beautiful Convention Center 1473 , Volmerlaan 17 in Rijswijk.
Dresscode : ALL WHITE
Day 3 : Creme de la Creme DFW
We will bring you to a whole new world where dreams can come true. Our theme is ' FAIRY TALE' and 15 international/national designers will blow you away. A fairy night to remember filled with several acts who will keep you entertained for a magical night...
Dresscode : Bal Masqué
TIP : Whoever has the most stunning outfit will win a prize......
