Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Change Management

This event is a workshop for professionals and aspiring professionals working in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The workshop will focus on helping organizations and companies navigate diversity, equity, and inclusion programming, strategic planning, and initatives during times of leadership changes. The format is as follows:

6:00pm: Doors Open

6:15pm-7:30pm: Presentation and Group Work

7:30pm-8pm: Panel and Open Q&A

Participants of the workshop can expect to walk away with strategies for helping them navigate change and still help their  ompanies prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
