Divergent Drag & More Show

Sunday, March 1st at 6pm is the 1st Divergent Colorado Performance.                                 Tickets $4.00.                                                                                                                              This is a 13+ show.

Divergent is a drag troop based in Colorado that focuses on show casing performers that are neuro or physically divergent (more positive way of saying 'disabled') and also focuses on making it more accessible for audience members. What does this mean? Divergent's goal is to make sure that performers and audience members that use wheelchairs/walkers/canes/etc can access the seating and the stage safely. Divergent will focus on making the music at a respectful level for those who have sensory sensitivity and remove flashing lights. Performers will have the choice to interact with the audience if they wish or to stay on the sage/performing area. Audience members will have choice between seating that is encouraged to interact with performers or seating that is for those that wish to just watch. This and more will be seen at Divergent! Divergent is a non discriminatory troop. Performers of all races, backgrounds, orientations, gender identities, and abiliities are welcome.
