If you are ready to be truly, deeply healthy but struggle with the how - this group workshop is for you! Do you find yourself always on the latest fad diet? Are you frustrated with food and how to feed yourself? Are you stuck on autopilot, moving mindlessly from one task to another? Then you've found the right event. Get ready for a shift.....




Join me online or in person! That's right - you can choose to hang out in your jammies, or show up for some personal attention! You will learn:

  • How to listen to your body and connect with your inner wisdom
  • Recognize hunger and fullness cues to curb your unbalanced eating
  • Identify your energy needs and how to fuel your body
  • Recognize non-foods and how to affectively remove them from your diet
  • How to break the rules! Eat what you want, when you want, exactly for YOU
  • Learn what healthy, balanced eating looks like and how to create your best health
  • Practice Mindful Eating and Mindfulness concepts to manage stress and overwhelm
  • Start to love yourself with compassion, letting go of self-critique

You can finally stop making your health another task on your to-do list, and start making it a lifestyle to enjoy each and every day! Mindfully eating without dieting is really about looking at food as a loving part of your life and body, rather than a restriction or consequence.

However, this workshop is not for everyone. If you want a quick fix or "diet plan", then this is not for you! If you need to follow strict rules in eating and aren't able to open your mind to a new way of nourishing yourself, then this is not the group to jump into.


This workshop is 8 weeks, Jan 8th - Feb 26th
Wednesdays  9-10 am

This will be streamed in a private FB group, so if you miss a live class - no worries - catch it on the replay. And connect with other women in the group - the journey is so much easier, together!

What is included?

  • 8 weeks instruction in a group setting or online
  • Recorded streaming to review at any time
  • a copy of my book, just named a "must read for 2020" - Food, Feelings and Freedom: Then End to Emotional Eating 
  • One individual coaching session with me, to create a personalized action plan to ramp up your health
  • Limited to 20 women who are ready to make a long-lasting change in their food relationships!
