Class Description
This class explores skills from the four pillars of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as developed by Marsha Linehan with an explanation and rationale for use. Participants learn the nature of DBT skills through experiential practice and case studies and are then better able to support people who are doing this kind of therapy.
