TITLE OF PRESENTATION: Seeking the True Voice of the Customer

DESCRIPTION OF PRESENTATION: The journey of blending multiple data sources using Tableau Prep in order to paint the big picture in Tableau to understand the true issues that a customer has.

BIO: Stephanie Bolton is a Customer Experience Analyst for Mouser Electronics in Mansfield, Texas. She has worked for Mouser Electronics for three years. She is also a photographer and math tutor in her spare time.
