What's the refund policy?

You may request a full refund up to May 13th.  After that we will need to deduct a $25 administrative fee from any requested refund.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We would prefer you bring your printed ticket to the event.  If you do not have your ticket, you will be asked to provide a picture ID.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

You may transfer your registration at any time.  Please email us to let us know who you will sned in your place.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

If you plan to send someone in your place, please email us.  For last minute changes, please send a handwritten note with the person.  Otherwise we will ask for your patience as we check others in first to ensure that the registered individual isn't coming.
