The Changemakers@SV club from Carnegie Mellon University is hosting a design thinking workshop conducted by Dr. Rachel Dzombak.
The Changemakers@SV club supports the Integrated Innovation Institute's mission - "Professionally train students to become future leaders", by bringing a hands-on workshop on Design Thinking. This workshop is intended to provide students an introduction to this problem-solving approach used by industry leaders like Apple and Google.
About Dr. Rachel Dzombak, she is an educator, researcher, and strategist that currently teaches "Design and Systems Thinking" at UC-Berkeley. She has completed a Ph.D. in Engineering, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Haas School of Business, and has published a career book titled: "Solving Problems that Matter (and Getting Paid for it!)".
