This members-only workshop will be lead by Jenn Uhen, Founder of The Pledgettes, who will also share statistics about women and wealth, including that 98% of respondents in a 2017 UBS poll encourage women to take a more active role in their finances.

Bring your money hacks and your best practices as we:

• Celebrate your biggest raise: How did you get it? What advice do you have for others seeking a raise?
• Calibrate what you should be making: In a safe space, you can anonymously share your income with title and years of experience to bring pay transparency to Together Digital peers.
• Organization hacks: how do you track your money? Do you use an app, excel, or a paper budget?
• Build out your A-Team. Who do you need on your financial team? How do you hire a financial professional? We’ll share questions to ask and what red flags should send you running.

Jenn Uhen loves to talk about money as the Founder/Community Organizer of The Pledgettes. The Pledgettes is on a mission to abolish the gender wealth gap by facilitating money conversations with womxn through expert-led events and a membership community pledging 1% of their income to improve their personal wealth. Everyone’s financial goals are as unique as they are. Jenn also leads Be Genuine Stay Determined focusing on Communication Strategy, Event Programming, and Side Hustle Coaching. Jenn loves creating tailored presentations and activations for audiences at intimate and large events including: Denver Startup Week, TEDxMILEHIGH, and Freelance Business Week Denver. She guides her community through exercises to empathize with target audiences, articulate their goals and vision, and prioritize their workload. Jenn and her husband have clear financial goals, which include a diverse portfolio of investment property, retirement accounts, and businesses. All while living a minimalist (but comfortable) lifestyle, including traveling the country in an Airstream RV.
