Denver Beer Co Summer Workout Series: The Barre Standard

What is needed after a great workout? A beer… or better yet an O&A Colorado Craft Hard Seltzer! So we have teamed up with our friends at Sound Off Colorado and some of the best boutique fitness studios in the Denver to workout for a great cause.Welcome to Denver Beer Co’s Summer Workout Series.5 Saturdays this Summer we will host hour long workouts on our patio. Classes will start promptly at 10am. Check-in starts at 930.Each attendee will receive hour long killer workout free O&A Hard Seltzer to celebrate all your hard work raffle ticket with a chance to win awesome prizes from DBC & the studio. Tickets are $20 and 100% of the proceeds go to our charity partner of the year Casting for Recovery.Our 5th workout of the summer will be with our Olde Town Arvada neighbors The Barre Standard! Class details: The signature Barre Standard class combines an intense blend of barre, strength training, pilates and yoga into a 60-minute, total-body workout! Each class will consist of targeted isometric holds and heavy repetition to safely bring each muscle group to fatigue.
