Demi-Sec Cider Release & Bastille Day Party!

Texas Keeper is celebrating the second vintage of our Cortland Demi-Sec cider with a Bastille Day party at the Cidery! This means we're finally fulfilling our food pairing dream and matching our ciders with their sisterfood, Crepes! Brought to you by local creperie Crepe Crazy, plus live French-inspired jazz from The Hot Club of Austin and Julie Slim & RendezVous with Shawn Ellison on keyboards and Shirley Johnson on accordion. Don your red, white and blue (again) and let's say bon vent to tyrannie, and vive le cidre!

This year's Demi-Sec is 100% Cortland apples, aged 8 months on lees to increase complexity, with light citrus blossom on the nose and mellow honeyed apricot on the palate. Our ciders are usually on the drier side but this cider, with its floral characteristics, makes for a perfect demi-sec.
