Please join ElderConsult Geriatric Medicine as we host on November 12, 2019 in Mill Valley an interactive afternoon of learning, sharing and community at our Living In The Moment Dementia Conference- Final Stages of Dementia: Managing End of Life Issues

This very positive and supportive Conference is designed for both elder care professionals and family members caring for a loved one living with dementia and at the end of the journey. 

Our speakers are experts in their fields and work with patients and families every day dealing with the issues involved.

Michelle Dhanak, MD-Geriatrician, will be speaking about "The End of the Journey" and the hard decisions, care choices and support needed by caregivers.

Elizabeth Landsverk, MD- Geriatrician will be speaking about "Pain" and discusses the medication options available and that no elder should be in pain

Marshall White M.Div BCC is a Hospice Chaplain and Buddhist Priest and will address maintaining ones sense of wholeness in the midst of change.

We also will host a Resource Fair with local agencies and businesses providing information and support to caregivers.
