On Demand First Aid / CPR & AED Training - Wednesday 2/20/19

This course has been designed using extensive research and testing to improve mastery and retention over the long-term. This comprehensive course is taught in a dynamic, hands-on way with industry-leading curriculum and content from the expert in occupational first aid training. These courses provide the vital knowledge needed to respond to a medical emergency effectively and efficiently.

This course is facilitated by an instructor certified through the National Safety Council. 

Participants will learn to:

·         Recognize a medical emergency

·         Handle breathing and cardiac emergencies

·         Act appropriately and effectively and sustain life until professional help arrives

·         Prevent disease transmission

·         Identify and care for bleeding, sudden illness and injuries

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available in the rear of the building.  Training room will be entered through the back door. 

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You can contact smetzel@ondemanddrugtesting.com with questions about course registration, technical difficulties, and event refunds/transfers. 

What's the refund policy?

Classes can be refunded or transferred or refunded in the event that your sign-up date does not have a minimum of five (5) participants registered. 

Partial refunds of $40 will also be granted if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. 

Less than 24 hour cancellation notice or, no-show will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you may update your registration information.  If any technical difficulties occur, please contact smetzel@ondemanddrugtesting.com 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, in the event that your class is cancelled, your ticket may be transferred to another date provided that the class offered on that date is not already full. 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, you must register for the individual attending the course so that we may accurately award certificates.
