July 21, 2021 Awareness of surroundings, preventative measures, using personal weapons, blocking, striking and body positioning
July 28, 2021 Review, escaping grabs and holds such as wrist grabs, bear hugs, choke holds, etc.
August 4, 2021 Review & escaping ground attacks. We know this type of work can be intimidating. You are not required to do any technique BUT they can be quite fun to try with a friend!
