Decorating Cookies with Royal Icing

Discover why royal icing cookies are not like any other cookies! Find out what royal icing is, why it's used, how to make it and how to use it! Learn to make eye-catching, colorful, and intricate cookies! This course is designed for adultes.
This class is in two parts, the first class will cover the what, why and how and introduce decorating techniques. The second class will cover how to decorate on a dry surfacem, stenciling, bordering, storage and packaging.
At the end of the second class participants will prodeuce their own cookies to take home.
