Join Voices for CASA Children for an information session to learn about becoming a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). The CASA role is a volunteer opportunity that advocates on behalf of an abused and neglected child in the foster care system.
Children with a CASA volunteer are more likely to receive services, spend less time in the child welfare system and are less likely to return to foster care. An advocate can make an immediate impact on a child’s life. You can’t change a child’s past, but you can change a child’s future.
At this information session, you'll view a short presentation and have questions answered by program staff. Please note: the presentation begins promptly at 5:30 p.m.; it is advised to arrive early.
