Join drag queen Wanda Screw for a walking ghost tour through Chicago's turbulent past. From the Great Chicago Fire to the sinking of a passenger ship to one of America's most notorious serial killers, you'll learn about the dark history of this great city during a two hour walk up the historic Magnificent Mile.
Wanda has over 5 years of experience as a drag performer, actor, musician, and tour guide at locations such as the Art Institute of Chicago, the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
The tour begins OUTSIDE the Congress Plaza Hotel, 520 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605, and ends at a surprise location in River North. We will be walking (or wheeling) the whole way, so wear comfortable shoes and check the weather! There are no rain dates, so bring umbrellas if you might melt in the rain!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour to confirm your tickets.
Please email us ahead of time if you have any accessibility concerns. A full transcript of the tour can be provided at no additional cost.
