DBT is an effective treatment approach for helping people make positive and long-term behavior changes to create a life worth living. Skills group is similar to taking a class, and we cover four major topics:


Develop mindfulness skills to respond effectively, rather than react, and to calm down in a healthy way

Learn effective coping skills to manage stressors, crises, and big emotions

Create an individualized self-care coping toolbox to reduce distressful feelings and thoughts that often lead to problematic behaviors

Learn to create healthy relationships, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively


Does your teen:

✖️ Get upset easily?

✖️ Struggle to calm down?

✖️ Criticize themselves?

✖️ Feel angry, depressed, or anxious?

✖️ Get into unhealthy relationships with people who don't treat them well?

✖️ Shut down or self-harm?


If you answered YES to any of those questions, your teen will benefit from DBT!


Take your teen from crisis to confidence in our DBT program.


Who Should Attend: Teenagers ages 13 to 18, or those in high school


When: Every Thursday from 6PM to 7:30PM. Join any time!


Cost: $50 per session ($650 total) $575 if paid in full before first session
