In our busy lives, we rarely ever get a moment to ourselves – to sit in quiet and reconnect with our heart. At Tau Center, we know how essential and nurturing it is to take a personal 'timeout', and how a day of retreat can rejuvenate your inner-spirit and your outer-being.

We invite you to spend a personal retreat day at our facility where you will have your own Quiet Room and can take advantage of other amenities such as our beautiful grounds, peace path, chapel, and more. Enjoy our peaceful space for silent prayer or deepening of your spiritual life – a setting that allows you to reconnect with yourself or God in quiet contemplation. Write, create, pray, meditate, relax, or find your inner-voice in the gentle ambiance.

Retreat days are available Monday-Saturday from 10:00am-6:00pm. To schedule your retreat, simply choose an available date that works for you and register directly online. Our retreat specialist will contact you within two business days to confirm your room and send along additional information to make the most of your day at Tau Center. (Overnight accommodations are not available.)
