It seems that if you want to get into real estate investing, you have to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars, to learns it. What you'll be learning is not a "Get Rich Quick" or MLM. You also will not be doing like something from HGTV. You are either new to doing deals, or have followed several "gurus," but as of yet, still haven't done a deal. This means that where your are starting, is near the beginning. Or, you've started investing, but are looking to epxand your reach

Right now, you are not going to just decide you want to start investing, and quit your job. You will be starting "flex time." The amount of time you devote is based around your life. You will start off slow and small, and build your way up.

At no time will you be told you have to spend money. Example: you will be given a a PDF file, showing an overview of the pros and cons of the various types of businesses, and their advantages (like for taxes). However, you do not need to spend the money to create a business. You can do everything as yourself, aka, a "sole proprietorship." Also, we do not provide financial or legal advise. You must consult your own professionals, who know your situation.

You will be working with us, as our "boots on the ground." We provide you with the information to help you get started on finding buyers. You can either go at it on your own, or work with us. We work towards buying deals that cash-flow, with the focus on multifamily and commercial operations. To do this, we work to expand our reach to others, to create wins for everyone.

All of this is done remotely. There will be an initial, informal interview phone call. We will use emails, phone calls, and/or video conferencing, to find the people who will be our cash buyers, the deals for purcahse, and close to make it happen!
