Dancehall of Beautiful Radiant Things

Dancehall of Beautiful Radiant Things is a social-mixer-disguised-as-a-slow-dance-club that welcomes dancers and non-dancers of all skill levels to share in a night of song-length social vignettes.

Upon entry, attendees are given a dance card with 21 spots for 21 songs. Fill your card with friends, with loved ones, with strangers, with secret crushes, with future besties.

Dancehall is 21 chances to be present and connect with a dance partner for the length of a simple, 3.5 minute serenade. No strings attached. No irony. No dancing skills required.

For this very special first Dancehall of 2020 we'll be fundraising to support FIGMENT Oakland*, a free, interactive art festival that brings together community to inspire all ages in the creation of art and culture where everything is possible! Help us bring free, participatory art to Mosswood Park this May!

Come dressed to the nines and ready to mingle at the Verdi Club on April 1st!
