Dance as if UCARE! (Understanding Consciously and Releasing Emotions). Join us every week at 5:00PM for a dance class that will help you develop mindfulness, improve self-expression and emotional stability.
Prior dance experience is not required. Each week you will learn a new routine that layers in the basics of hip hop!
