Description Creative Movement is a stress-free dance style that helps participants strengthen body motor functions. In this class participants, will be guided through movement with an emphasis on mindfulness and breathing techniques. All movement can be modified to fit YOUR BODY! This 7 week series meets on Thursdays, is free and open to the community. Comfortable cloths/shoes and valid City of Phoenix recreation card will be needed.
