Dance - Ballet 1 - Beginning Ballet (Ages 7-12) Session II - Phoenix, AZ 2020

Description This class is an introduction to ballet concepts including positions of the feet and arms as well as spatial awareness and musicality. The class begins with a short conditioning section followed by beginning barre and across the floor movements that build strength and balance. Please bring your child to class with proper ballet attire and hair neatly away from the face. Parents are asked to remain outside the room during class time. Ages 7 and up Proper Ballet Attire: Black ballet dress (OR leotard with skirt) with light pink or the skin-toned tights. Boys can wear black shorts and a white tee with black ballet slippers. If your child requires modifications to these uniforms please contact the instructor.
