More Info Why Dance Afrikana this Summer Summer is a perfect time to dance, celebrate, sweat, and get back in shape! African dance is a proven and powerful way to uplift the spirit, propelling you in health, happyness, and love. When we dance, we open our world to new possibility! When we move to the music, we make ripples in this universe, filling our lives with the energy we need to be our best selves! What to Wear/ Bring Comfy, cotton workout clothes are best. The class is barefoot, so be prepared to let those toes loose. Water and a towel, and a post-workout snack are helpful too! Are Kiddies Welcome? Children are definitely welcome.
