IMPORTANT:  These are intense, consistent-motion fitness-style classes, and require proper exercise footwear.  Dress as you would for a regular aerobics or group-fitness workout.  No high heels!  Save the heels for some of our specific dance classes. :) Knee pads are highly recommended.

Thursdays @ 6:15 pm = POLE AND LAP-FIT        (listed as 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm)  

Saturdays @ 11:30 am = TWERK-FIT              (listed as 11:30 am - 12:30 pm)

Saturdays @ 11:31 am = TWERK-FIT              (This is an overflow class listed as 11:31 am - 12:31 pm)

NOTICE: There are NO REFUNDS once your payment is processed, so please choose the right class based on the information provided.  PLEASE PRINT YOUR EMAILED TICKETS and bring with you to class for admission.  NO LATE ADMITTANCE for anyone 10-minutes after class has begun.  FIRST-TIME STUDENTS must sign an injury "waiver and release".

Suggested items to bring :

• 1 small towel
• wrist wraps
• knee pads
• NO oils
• vending machines available on site for snacks and drinks

What to wear (SUGGESTIONS ONLY).  Rooms will be semi-private and not readily viewable from common areas.

• boy shorts. NO THONGS PLEASE!.
• sexy workout wear! (definitely not required)  :)

FAQ

How many people will be in class?

Up to approximately 18 participants are in the class, subject to change.

Can I reserve a space for someone else?

You cannot reserve a space for someone else. Each participant must reserve their own space in class by going though the online reservation system, and signing their own injury waiver.

I want to come in as a part of a group but don't know how many spaces are remaining in the class that I want. Can someone let me know the number of students currently registered before I reserve my space?

Our staff is not able notify patrons of the current number of registered participants for a class. If the system does not let you register for a particular class, then that class is full. What do I need to wear to class?

Please wear workout attire, or whatever is most comfortable (no nudity). NO SHOES WITH BLACK SOLES permitted on the dance floor.

Is a ticket required for admittance?

Yes, you will need a printed ticket or an electronic/mobile version of your ticket, with the barcode clearly showing for at-the-door scanning. DO NOT FORGET YOUR TICKET. Your admittance may be denied, and there are no refunds once you have registered for class. An order confirmation email or a Paypal receipt cannot be used for admittance.

Can I register at the door?

No at the door registration for these classes. Online registration only.

What time do I need to arrive?

If this is your first class ever at Dance 411, you must arrive a minimum of 15-minutes early to sign your waiver and release, or confirm its previous electronic submission. Our parking lot space is very limited, so please arrive early in anticipation of any parking delays.

I am party of a party or group.  Can I bring any food or beverages?

Plastic bottles of water only are allowed in the classroom. No food or drink of any kind (other than water), no glassware, no alcohol. We do have a water fountain outside of the classroom, but you will have to cover up your body to leave the classroom if not appropriate for children in the lobby. Alcohol, cake and other foods (if authorized by our staff) are only allowed at our private parties and events. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Minimum age is 18 to attend the event

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, only the name on the ticket will be allowed into the event.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Registered tickets under the attendees name are not transferable.

Can I come in without a ticket and just observe?

Nope.

What is the refund, change or lateness policy?

Once registered, there are no refunds or changes. If you are 10-minutes late, you will not be admitted.

Where are you guys located?

Near I-20 & Moreland Avenue, right next to the “East Atlanta Village”

From Interstate I-20 (five minutes east of I85/I75 downtown, and five minutes west of I-285) take (Exit 60 or 60A) and go South on Moreland. Travel through one traffic light. Dance 411 Studios will be on the right, after passing McDonalds, directly before the second traffic light. We are about a ½ mile south of the exit.

What about parking?

Okay, our parking sucks. Get there EARLY and plan to have to walk a bit. If our lot is full, you may try the vacant private lot on the corner of Moreland & Glenwood (about 150 yards South on Moreland from Dance 411) but it is not ours and you will be parking at your own risk. Also, across the street from our studio is a street called Metropolitan Avenue that has on-street parking. Then, of course, there is on-street parking in front of all of the bars and restaurants in the East Atlanta Village.
