Below is a description of both types of dance that you will learn during your 60-minute "Ladies Night or Day Out" experience. All windows are covered up so you and your fellow classmates are free to let your "inner sexy" out!
Twerk: Twerking (/ˈtwɜrkɪŋ/) is a type of dancing in which an individual dances to music in a sexually provocative manner involving thrusting hip movements and a low squatting stance. Gather your gals and have tons of fun shaking it up & gear up to show off your moves! You will learn the fundamentals in twerking and a sexy powerful routine to perform as many times as you like. In addition, it's a fun workout for your legs & gluteus maximus! You will learn basic twerk moves, sexy dance moves, flexibility enhancing stretches and how to let go and have fun! Women 18 years and older only.
Heels Dance: A sensual and sexy style of dance for every woman. Work that dancefloor girls! We welcome women who have never tried to show us what you got in those heels. Classes are both technique and fitness-based. If you're looking to get sexy and get fit at the same time, you've come to the right class! WELCOME DIVA'S! Women 18 years and older only.
FAQ
How many women will be in class
There will be a range from 25 to 75 participants in the class, subject to change.
Please wear form-fitting workout attire, lingerie (boy shorts, tank tops, chemises, short skirts, etc.) or whatever is most comfortable (no nudity). Wear heels (preferably ankle strap) and bring a small towel. You must cover up in the common areas (i.e. bathroom, lobby, parking lot) when outside of the classroom, so you may want to bring along a sarong or some sort of body wrap or cover.
Is a ticket required for admittance
Yes, you will need a printed ticket or an electronic/mobile version of your ticket, with the barcode clearly showing for at-the-door scanning. DO NOT FORGET YOUR TICKET. Your admittance may be denied, and there are no refunds once you have registered for class. An order confirmation email or a Paypal receipt cannot be used for admittance.

What time do I need to arrive
If this is your first class ever at Dance 411, you must arrive a minimum of 15-minutes early to sign your waiver and release, or confirm its previous electronic submission. Our parking lot space is very limited, so please arrive early in anticipation of any parking delays.
Plastic bottles of water only are allowed in the classroom. No food or drink of any kind (other than water), no glassware, no alcohol, no juice, sodas or sports drinks. We do have a water fountain outside of the classroom, but you will have to cover up your body to leave the classroom. Alcohol, cake and other foods (if authorized by our staff) are not allowed. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Minimum age is 18 to attend the event
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, only the name on the ticket will be allowed into the event.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Registered tickets under the attendees name are not transferable.
What is the refund, change or lateness policy?
Once registered, there are no refunds or changes. If you are 15-minutes late, you will not be admitted.

Yes, you must be 18 years old or older to enter. Must have a valid ID for check in.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Marta Accessible. (Closest station: Iman Park). Small lot. Additional parking across the street in Church parking lot behind Long John Silvers.
What can I bring into the event?
Water and a towel.
