Exhibit for Cindy Gillette, a graphic designer, who works predominantly in watercolors but has recently started working in oils. The exhibit is October 1-31: during regular library hours.
Photo shown is “Roxbury Barn” – a watercolor on archival board, 8” X 18 ¼”. Inspired by a friend’s photo, the artist was drawn to the solemn stillness and quiet colors of the pasture’s morning glow to recreate the composition with a few color tweaks.
