Join us on Wednesday, April 8th at the Crescent Club from 11:00 - 1:00 pm CST for an interactive and informative Lunch and Learn that will help you prepare, further secure, and better protect your company, employees, and customers through education.

During this seminar, you will learn from industry experts including representatives from the FBI, Homeland Security, Datto Inc., and PCS Managed Services. Business leaders will be face-to-face with crucial resources to enable you to confidently plan your business’s cybersecurity strategy.

Michael DePalma, Datto, Inc.

Michael graduated Johns Hopkins University in 2002 with a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he began a career in sales which has covered a wide range of industries, from banking to construction management to eventually technology. After over a decade in sales, Michael shifted to presenting to large audiences in an educational role, helping small businesses understand the current business environment, cyber threats that jeopardize each industry, and providing real world examples on how businesses have succeeded in reaching the growth potential. In his role as Channel Development Manager, Michael represents Datto at numerous trade shows and technology conferences throughout North America, frequently presenting alongside members of the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI.

Tim Marsh, FBI

Tim Marsh transferred to the Memphis FBI Field Office in July of 2015 and was assigned to investigate Counterintelligence matters along with Cyberviolations. After almost 15 years in the FBI working Counterintelligence matters, Mr. Marsh has become an expert in all facets of this skill set. Reading people, understanding body language and most importantly becoming an expert in the science known as social engineering has allowed him to be very successful in speaking to numerous groups/companies like the FBI’s Memphis ChapterInfraGard Coordinator as well as the division’s Private Sector Coordinator.

Mr. Marsh began his career as a Special Agent with the FBI in 2004, where he was assigned to the New Orleans Field Office. Mr. Marsh investigated a variety of counterintelligence matters, and in 2009 was transferred to the Los Angeles Field Office where he continued his work with counterintelligence. In 2011, he was named Supervisory Special Agent of the cyber program in the New Orleans Field Office.

In 2012, Mr. Marsh was instrumental in identifying cyber-related victims and developing a method of effectively notifying impacted victims. Mr. Marsh was essential in the CyberDivision’s redevelopment of the Guardian for Cyberthreat tracking program. Additionally, Mr. Marsh drove to implement the Guardian for Cyber program, to include iGuardian, to be utilized throughout the US government effectively implanting Section 4 of Executive Order13636. In April of 2013, and before his final transfer to Memphis, he was selected as theUnit Chief of the Cyber Division’s Guardian Victim Analysis Unit responsible for ensuring the FBI successfully implemented the Guardian for cyber program enterprise-wide. Before entering the FBI, Mr. Marsh worked as an engineer with a company in the Memphis area, specifically associated with the manufacturing of HID lighting products as well as computer/networking management. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Memphis in 1999.
