Please join Cornell Welcomes Refugees (CWR) on April 29, 2017 in raising awareness on the worldwide refugee crisis, collecting funds to purchase flight tickets for refugees who will be resettling here in Ithaca, celebrating different languages & cultures from all over the world, and promoting an accepting, welcoming environment for our community as well as this country.

There will be a keynote speech from Mayor Svante Myrick, a performance from Teszia Bellydancing Troupe and the Cornell Middle Eastern Music Ensemble, a DJ, Spoken Word, Henna, Art Displays by Cornell Art Students on the refugee crisis, an auction, and much more! ALL proceeds will go to refugees resettling in the Ithaca community! Appetizers and desserts will be provided!
