From the agile purist to the rest of us who use a patchwork of agile, kanban, and dare I say, waterfall tools and approaches, this is your chance to share stories and trade tips about how your group uses agile (or it’s many variants) to get work done.

Thus, this is an opportunity to hear about others' favorite tools. Ask how they handle odd jobs that don’t fit neatly into a sprint. Learn about how other teams provide transparency into deliverables.
